When we asked developers Greentube why they were so excited about their new online slot game, Hoffmania, they simply answered, “David Hasselhoff … Enough said.”

Enough said, indeed. And if we could get away with a four-word review we’d leave it right there. “The Hoff”, after all, is a superstar who spans generations: whether you remember him best as a tight-jeaned justice fighter with an artificially-intelligent, indestructible car, or as a slow-mo figure bounding across an LA beach, or as a guy that pops up judging prime time talent contests, he means something to everyone. So whether your Hoff-love is deeply heartfelt or taken with a hefty pinch of ironic detachment, you will love this game, and happily, as we delve deeper into it, there is a lot more to talk about than just its massive Hoff Factor.

Looking for Freedom
First up, it’s an All Pay slot, which means that symbols don’t necessarily have to form a line to be winning combos – as long as they’re visible on a reel you’re quids in! That means there are hundreds of extra ways to win and hundreds of extra ways to love The Hoff. We must say, it’s a pleasing surprise when combos that don’t look like they’re winning suddenly start paying out! Symbols can also be stacked on reels two, three and four, which means it’s actually possible to get a winning combo of nine of a kind on one spin.

The Hoffmania logo (gold statuettes of the Hoffmeister!) substitutes for all symbols except the scatter symbol, and three or more scatters will unlock the free spin feature.
