Slotland Crowns Mobile Mania Winners

We've heard of people playing online slots in some strange places but in a hot tub? That surprising revelation came from one lucky winner in Slotland's recent Mobile Mania contest.

The online casino awarded a selection of smartphones including HTC One M8, Sony Xperia Z3 Compact and Lenovo S8 S898T+ handsets to players who answered a series of trivia questions.

One of the lucky winners, Peggy S, a veteran at the site since 2000 made the surprising revelation about playing in the bathroom. Her favourite games include Ice Queen, Lucky Ducts and Air Mail. Her sister got a lovely surprise after Peggy gave her a state of the art smartphone after winning one in the contest.

Peggy wasn't the only winner to share her good fortune. Another Mobile Mania winner, Tammy Z passed on her gadget to a friend.

“He loves it. Keeps talking about all the things, he can do with the phone,” said Tammy who is more of a fan of the desktop rather than mobile format.

“Personally, I prefer playing on a desktop computer because I can get comfortable and the screen is big so I can see what I am winning,” Tammy said. “I like the mobile though, because you can take it anywhere, even the bathroom. I try to play the game of the month. If I win more, I play longer. Other than that I don't really have a strategy.”

Other winners included Jessica M who was thrilled with her win. “I love the phone I won. It's high-tech and easy to use. I also play slots on my iPad. I love how easy it is to play all the games. You can play anywhere. I've even played in the hot tub!”
